Membership
Joining Koomi is free and open to women 18 and over. We may remove accounts that break our Community Guidelines or misrepresent who they are.
Marketplace
Sellers must be women-led businesses and are vetted before listing. Koomi keeps a 5% fee on each successful sale; the rest goes to the seller. Sellers are responsible for fulfilment, returns, and accurate product information.
Meetups & events
Hosts set their own capacity, price, and house rules. Koomi facilitates registration and payments, taking a 5% platform fee; hosts receive the balance to their connected payout account.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled any time from your account.
Moderation
We moderate to protect members. We may hide content, restrict features, or close accounts where safety is at risk.
